That underfoot rumble isn’t techtonic
or chthonic, it’s colonic.
I’m hungry, starving, ravenous.
I’ll eat this city for breakfast,
just you sit, watch
And place your order
while there’s still something left.
Like everyone here,
Hungry for more than food
